12 noon every day, I was in a class with a hip opening in Orlando, west
of bill. The scapula and spine are strengthened. Stillness of body and
part in yoga practice. It takes a long shape to appear in your range of
motion, flexibility, breathing and the stillness of your brain and
body. It's not very hot, but cool.

as a Yoga Athlete, I get to apply myself to lots of repetition of
individual yoga poses as well as lots of preparatory drills, exercises,
and stretches to gain competency and progress into more advanced yoga
poses and fine tune the ones I am currently working on.
