Guillotine is a flexibility pose in the forward bend category. The minimum expression requires the yoga athlete's head to be coming through

the legs and the hands coming into contact with one another at the back
断头台式是前屈系列体式之一,要求灵活性。 最低限度要求瑜伽运动员的头部穿过腿部并且双手在后面彼此接触。

“Start from standing with feet separate no wider than shoulder width. Grab the ankles in a c-grip with the thumbs

inside the ankles and fingers outside the ankles. Push your body through both legs. Even the shoulders need to go through. 


从站立时用脚分开,不要宽于肩宽。用脚踝内的拇指和脚踝外侧的手指抓握脚踝。用双腿推动身体。甚至肩膀都需要经过。”

Once that is done, clasp the hands together at the back and continuously maintain the body in a forward bend as you

keep your legs straight until the knees are locked.Lift your head upwards and focus your eyes at your buttocks to keep

the back of the head parallel to the floor.


完成后,将双手合在一起,持续保持身体向前弯曲,同时保持双腿伸直,直到膝盖锁定。 向上抬起头部,将眼睛对准臀部,

使头部后部平行于地板。
